OopsLater is designed with your privacy in mind. All your data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

- Timer Data: Your decision descriptions, timer durations, and expiration dates
- Response History: Your Yes/No responses to expired timers
- App Settings: Your notification preferences and app configuration
- Notification Data: Local notification schedules for timer expiration
Important: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. All data remains on your device and is under your complete control.
How We Use Your Information
Since all data is stored locally, we use your information only to:
- Display your active timers and countdown information
- Show your decision history and response patterns
- Send local notifications when timers expire

Third-Party Services
Subscription Management (RevenueCat)
For users who choose to subscribe to OopsLater Premium, we use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes the following data on our behalf:
- Anonymous User Identifier: A unique, non-personal identifier to manage your subscription
- Purchase History: Information about your subscription status and purchase transactions
- Country/Region: Your general location based on your App Store region
- Platform Information: Basic device platform details for subscription management
Important: RevenueCat does not receive any personal information from OopsLater. All identifiers are anonymous and cannot be linked to your personal identity. Your timer data, responses, and other app content remain completely local and private.
This data is used solely to:
- Verify and manage your subscription status
- Process subscription renewals and cancellations
- Provide subscription analytics to improve our service

Other Third-Party Services
Apart from RevenueCat for subscription management, OopsLater does not integrate with any other third-party services that would collect your personal data. The core app functionality operates entirely offline and locally.
Your Rights
Local Data Rights
Since all your personal data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information:
- You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app
- You can reset your data through the app's settings
- You have full access to all data stored on your device
- You can export your data through your device's backup features
Subscription Data Rights
For subscription-related data processed by RevenueCat, you have the following rights:
- Access: You can request information about your subscription data by contacting us
- Deletion: Your subscription data is automatically deleted when you permanently delete your Apple ID or unsubscribe
- Portability: You can request a copy of your subscription information
- Correction: You can request correction of any inaccurate subscription information
